Ahhoz, hogy \u00faj aut\u00f3p\u00e1lya-matrica jelenjen meg Magyarorsz\u00e1gon, <strong>ennek a m\u00f3dos\u00edt\u00e1sa sz\u00fcks\u00e9ges.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Arr\u00f3l, hogy a jogszab\u00e1ly v\u00e1ltozik-e, \u00e9s ha igen, akkor milyen tekintetben \u00e9s mikort\u00f3l, nem c\u00e9g\u00fcnk az illet\u00e9kes&#8221; \u2013 jelentett\u00e9k ki.
